Stand up tall, Lily Luna. You didn't die, so you're probably stronger now. Is putting your heart through a wringer (just to make sure that it won't hurt again) even worth it? but for invincible armor, who wouldn't pay that?
He thought he could break you down and then build you up. Because you definitely had nothing better to do with her life. If he had given you anything it was skepticism. And you would never be able to look at the world again without tilting your head to the side because your view was askew.
You stand up taller now, Lily. Wouldn't you rather be prancing around in your mother's heels, still? You're done with him. Would you have it all back for those moments when you worked together? You will never be tricked again because you will never trust again.
What doesn't kill you definitely makes you stronger. Are you sure you wouldn't rather be dead?
