This stems from an idea that I had but never really wrote down, which means I haven't worked out all the details yet. This is Matt Martin aka Kewl Breeze from the show Zevo-3, and he's dress in way that befits his lineage, he's a king.
Here's the story, one day, Jason James/Z-Strap, Ellie Martin/Elastika and Jason's Grandma all get teleported halfway across the Galaxy and go on a long odyssey to get home that takes a month and a half. There's a story that centers on that, but I've been more interested in developing what happened while they were all gone.
During that time, events led Kewl-Breeze to discover that he was not only adopted by the Martin family, but he's not even from New Eden City at all.
It turns out, Matt hails from an island called Howluonus, a small island that excels in both science and sorcery (both of which were used to create a cloaking field that not only hides the island, but also makes it appear anywhere in the world at anytime through a mystical fog that occasionally surrounds it).
Each of the Island's inhabitants is a humanoid descendant of a certain member of the canine family: the Gypsy foxes, the shady coyotes, the nomadic dingoes and jackal bandits, and the sinister, fire worshipping red dogs. Matt is a member of the island's "wolf pack", the Loboeans, whose empire stands above all others and reigns over the entire island.
However, not long after Matt was born to the King and Queen of this island, the red dogs began their attacks on the wolves' kingdom. One attack led to another, but in the end, it wasn't a successful attack that the red dogs were after, no, all they were trying to do was create so much unease that the wolves would grow so restless, they would start to revolt against their leaders for dominance.
Civil War broke out and the Loboean royal family lost many of its pack members, including the king himself. However, thanks to portal technology, the queen was able to escape with her newborn son and arrived in; you guessed it, New Eden City. Unfortunately, as soon as she got there, she encountered trouble from Ronson's Brute Force and was only able to save her baby, not herself.
Matt was found by the Martin family and adopted by them, but after Jason and Ellie went missing, his past slowly started to reveal itself and eventually led him back to his home. There, he was able to end the power struggle and resume his rightful place as King.
He still maintains his identity as Kewl Breeze, but now he acts as his island's personal protector. My way of giving Kewl Breeze his own chance at the spotlight,
This was all just an idea of what could happen if there was a season two.
