The Pain
All This Pain! Someone help me! I want to scream, to get it out, but nothings coming out!
The last thing I remember was going to the meadow and seeing this… beautiful creature. It was a girl with a tan complexion, breathtaking blue/gray eyes, and bronze hair. She had perfect features but didn't have the eyes or skin tone of a vampire. Weird…
And then as if knowing what I was thinking she looked up. "I'm sorry" was all she said before she ran towards me. That was when I felt the pain.
The pain started slowly drifting away until finally it was gone. All of it was gone but this… itch in the back of my throat. It was like I hadn't drunk anything for days!
I opened my eyes. That's when it hit me- I was a vampire.
