"Turns out I couldn't have been more wrong.
There was a curse.
There was a girl.
And in the end there was a grave.
Listen closely to my story so that you don't have to endure the tragedies that I did.
My name is Graham and I lived in the Enchanted Forest. When I was fourteen I was recruited by a queen and became her knight. At the time I had no idea that she would become the Evil Queen. But she did and she commanded me to kill Snow White. She threatened me with my life if I didn't carry out her task. The Evil Queen blamed Snow White of ruining her life and had been trying for years to kill her. I'd never met the girl but I don't think that ruining someone's life as an accident deserves death. Nevertheless, Regina was my queen and I would heed her word if I wanted my life.
The next morning I set off to the forest. I walked for hours and my feet ached and when I came across Snow White I couldn't kill her. She looked so innocent. I let her go and brought the heart of a deer back the the Queen. I don't remember much of what happened after that but then a few years later I found myself and the other inhabitants of the Enchanted Forest in Storybrook, a little town in Maine.
This town was unlike anything I'd ever seen or even heard of. It was strange but after a while I got accustomed to it. Regina was the mayor and I was the sheriff in the town that she had cursed us all into. The Queen and I had had an affair that we tried our best to keep from her adopted son. Then a young woman showed up and became my assistant sherif.
One of those days I was walking and I saw a wolf. It looked at me and began to enter the woods. I followed it but it disappeared. I kept seeing this wolf everywhere but no one else saw it. I was scared and I knew that I had feeling for Emma, my assistant. It was late and we were in our department and I kissed her. But then my heart felt like it had a fist clamped around it, suffocating me. I knew that it had to be Regina's doing. I fell to the floor and heard Emma screaming for me as I faded away.
My life was taken because I trusted Regina. Only a fool would have trusted that woman. Revenge and brokenness was all that drove her. I was just another victim and another fool. So take my advice and be very careful whom you trust."
