Hey! Yes, I know this is very bad - I can't write poetry - but it was a challenge for my fantabulous forum, FizzyClan - which you should definitely consider joining.
Disclaimer: I own nothing :).
Challenge Prompt - For this challenge, write a poem about Warriors. The word minimum is 100 words. Have fun! c;
She slips out of camp
The ground is icy beneath her paws
She knows it's wrong
But something makes it feel right
He waits in the moonlight
One night, among the frozen leaves
One night, among the tall oaks
But the river will always divide them
-X-
She never planned on falling in love
Then again, who does?
She was a medicine cat
Still, something in his eyes kept her coming back
He wondered
Was it possible to love twice?
He had thought he would love her forever
But she was something entirely different
-X-
He didn't think it was a big deal
He just wanted to play
He was still loyal
He just… well…
She loved him
He loved her, too
But he wanted to be a warrior
So she was left, tossed aside and jaded
-X-
It's a hard choice
Between love
And loyalty
But Forbidden Relationships
Are still nearly as common
As Socially Legitimate ones
The only difference
Is the Forbidden ones end more tragically.
