Last Christmas

Author Notes: I really enjoy this song every Christmas so I decide to write a one-shot with my favorite rangers.

Tommy sat in his favorite arm chair it had been many Christmas since he and his best friends had all gotten together. But with the new dino rangers begging to me the original dino rangers and a call from Jason.

He soon found that twelve rangers would be coming to his house for Christmas. The dino rangers were there currently decoration. Kira was working on Christmas music. He smile it had been three months and they were still going strong. He wonders if they would make it though this Christmas. Not only was Kim going to be there but so was Kat.

Honestly he was scared to tell them he was with Kira. She was almost ten years younger, and was a ex student. Now she went to the local college and studied music. As the guess started to arrive, he heard Conner getting the holly from up stairs. Ethan was with him no wonder it took them so long. The couple could barely keep their hands to themselves.

The guest came in Kim and Kat were smiling to Tommy, he honestly was avoiding them. Until Kim walked over to him, she was trying to strike up a conversation when the song "last Christmas" flooded the room.

Everyone turn to look at Kira would was sing softly as a reminder to what Tommy went though with Kim.

"Last Christmas I gave you my heart
but the very next day you gave it away.
This year to save me from tears

Kim looked mildly annoyed but then gave Kira a look that read I am so much cuter and I will have him. but Kira sang on she didn't play attention to Kim so much any more. Tommy listened to the lyrics as he watched Kim.

"I wrapped it up and sent it,
with a note saying "I love you"
I meant it. Now I know what

As the lyrics touched him he started to remember the good time with Kim. She smiled at him asking for him to dance. Tommy never noticed the silent war between the two women. But the music continued causing memories to arise.

I guess I was a shoulder to cry on"

Kira's voice slice though the memories and Kim to reach Tommy himself and he couldn't help but feel the emotions behind the song. He looked up at Kira as she sang the next part words feeling him.

Now I've found a real
love you'll never fool me again.

As the song came to an end Kim asked Tommy to walk out side with her. He watched Kira place her guitar down and everyone clap. She no longer watched Tommy. She went to over to her friends a chatted. But something was drawling him to her. He declined the offer and went to Kira.

Sweeping her into a strong embrace he knew all eyes were on him. he captured her mouth in a heated kiss. As the last lyrics race though his mind.

"Maybe next year I'll give
it to someone
