The Ballad of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
The
story starts like most, on planet earth
That's where Arthur, the
main character is met
His house is going to be bulldozed
This
causes him to be rather upset
He
meets up with a good friend of his, Ford
Ford rushes him away and
they prepare to part
From planet earth, which is going to blow
up
They hitchhike with Vogons who have no heart
The
Vogons eject them into space to die
Then they get picked up by The
Heart of Gold
Where they meet Trillian and her two mice
Along
with two-headed Zaphod who is bald
The
ship has many interesting robots
A juice machine called the
juice-o-matic
Marvin, a robot suffering from depression
The
main computer who is always ecstatic
Together
they discover a lost planet
A planet that turns out to be
demanding
And sends missiles after The Heart of Gold
Which
ends up sending their ship crash landing
They
leave Arthur and Marvin and go search
They walk in a tunnel, shiny
like a gem
The tunnel is suspiciously windy
Some guards try to
apprehend them
Meanwhile
Arthur and Marvin wander
They come upon a once missile now a
whale
It crashed, went splat, now there's a hole with whale
guts
They both look in, saw and Arthur turned pale
The
three other travelers had now been caught
Arthur and Marvin are
caught, all are reunited
The are brought before the mice who own
the earth
The want for Arthur's brain turns into a fight
So
the five run for the door in a hurry
And got back to the desolate
surface
They went as fast as they could for their ship
Soon
were flying through space, away from the mess
The
ordeal was over and all were safe
Little did they know that more
was to come
At the moment they had a bigger problem
