Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at writing Prison Break Fanfiction so go easy on me. lol I've centered my story mostly around a new character and Mahone. I think there's something so interesting about his character and the fact that the only thing that separates him from the cons he chases is a shiny badge. Please Review and be honest- if you think it's crap, tell me so. Thanks!
PROLOGUE
"The escapees; who were they?" FBI Agent Alexander Mahone worked meticulously over a crypto-quote while information was being gathered for him look over. The Fox River Eight were now on the top of his priority list.
"Michael Scofield, structural engineer, five years for armed robbery. Benjamin Miles Franklin, former U.S. Army, eight years for possession of stolen goods. John Abruzzi, don of the crime family of the same name; life without parole for conspiracy to commit murder. Charles "Haywire" Patoshik, sixty years for 2nd degree murder. Fernando Sucre, five years for aggravated robbery. David "Tweener" Apolskis, five years for grand larceny. Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell, life for six counts of kidnapping and murder. Lincoln Burrows, scheduled to die next week for the murder of president Reynold's brother."
The young FBI Agent was a short girl, pixie-like, and thin in the extreme, with small features and big blue eyes. Her hair was the lightest shade of blonde and fell in soft waves over her shoulders and down her back.
Mahone looked up from his desk, "How long has it been since they went over the wall?"
"8 p.m. last night" her tiny bell-like voice said.
"Scofield and Burrows are brothers, and Scofield's the mastermind of this thing?" Mahone said, more to himself than to the young agent.
"It looks that way, Sir." She agreed.
"I want everything they have on him." Mahone told her. The young woman turned on her heel and began to make her way to her office to gather more information.
"Hale," Mahone called to her. She stopped and turned around to face him. "Organize a press conference for this afternoon. These guys have enough of a headstart, we need to utilize our resources before these guys get complacent."
Hale nodded and began to make calls on her cell before having left his office, "I'll let you know when I have everything set in stone." she called back to him.
Less than twenty minutes later, Mahone received a message on his PDA, the press conference was set up and all news crews were notified.
