The dusky sky darkened as the moon risen, a young cheetah walked across the grassy plain with her sister, the older cubs eyes shined like a diamond in a cave, and the younger cubs eyes shone like a green emerald.
The older cub looked around, flinching at every noise around her, then there was a screech, where her sister was, was only her amulet, the cub ran over to where her sister was, she was truly gone, then a twig snapped, she turned around to see a red tiger, "do not be afraid, my name is Max, colonel of the magma tigers, who are you?" he asked gently, the cub looked at him in surprise "m-my name is Starlight, i was out here with my sister but she disappeared" she mewed,max looked around quickly "it isn't safe here, go back to cheetah valley right away" he said sternly, starlight nodded and ran back to cheetah valley, as fast as she could.
