normal POV

"So,baldy,why are we in this damn plane?"Hiyori yelled at Shinji.

"We're jus' goin' to Panem, monkey!"Shinji yelled back,earning himself a slap from Hiyori's and Hiyori started arguing loudly and soon, they started scuffling. This attracted stares from other people.

"Can you guys stop arguing?" Kensei shouted. The two blondes stopped fightinf and stared at Kensei.

"Kensei! I wanna eat sweets!" Mashiro whined.

"Shut up!" Kensei said,annoyed.

"Baldy, I asked you WHY we are going there." Hiyori said, after calming down.

"I'm curious about the hunger games."

Soon,the plane touched down at district 12, vizards collected their luggage and once they were out of sight, they shunpoed over to a nearby landlord.

The landlord greeted them warmly but it was obvious that he was intimidated by Hachi's massive size but soon the vizards settled in at one of the houses near the seam.

Shinji's POV

Today is the day of the reaping. I have disguised myself as a 17 year old. I quickly put on my normal clothes and went to the kitchen. I made myself breakfast and plopped myself on a chair.

Hiyori soon got out of bed and when she went to the kitchen, she found out that all the milk was gone.

"You damn baldy!" She yelled and smacked my face with her sandal." Why dya have ta use up all the milk!"

"Ya don't have ta be so angry, monkey! We can buy more!" I replied as I nursed my bloody nose. I heard footsteps and found out that the ruckus we had made woke up the rest of the group.

"Baldy! The stores are closed today!" Hiyori continued, ignoring the rest of the people.

Normal POV

At 2 o'clock, the vizards went to the town square for the reaping. Hiyori went to the 12 year old section and Shinji went to the 17 year old section. The rest of the vizards lined up around the perimeter. Manyt family members were there. Some of them held on to each other's hands for comfort. Mayor Undersee and Effie Trinket sat in the two of the three chairs on the stage. Effie Trinket, from the Capitol, has a white grin, pinkish hair and spring green suit.

The clock strikes two. The mayor steps up on to the podium and begins to read. He tells about the history of Panem and the Treaty of Treason. After that, he reads out the list of the district 12 victors. Only one is alive.

Soon, Effie steps up to take the mayor's place.

"Happy Hunger Games! And may the odds be ever in your favour!" Effies says into the microphone.

"Ladies first!"Effie walks over to the reaping ball holding the names of the girls and pulls one out."Primrose Everdeen."

Shinji looked over to the 12 year old section,where a blond girl is walking towards the stage."Prim! Prim!" A dark hair girl shouts and shoves Primrose behind her."I volunteer! I volunteer as tribute!"

There is confusion on the stage as no one has volunteered for many years. Even Effie was unsure.

Eventually the dark hair girl got onto the stage."What's your name?" Effie asks the allgirl.

"Katniss Everdeen" She replies. Suddenly, District 12's living victor,Haymitch Abernathy, slung his arm around Katniss and congratulate her,"Look at her! Look at this one! I like her!"

Shinji and Hiyori stared at Haymitch with disgust written all over their faces. Haymitch continued,"Lots of...spunk! More than you!" He points at a camera and starts walking towards the edge of the stage. Before he said anymore, he falls off the stage and knocks himself unconscious.

Shinji's POV

I looked at Katniss for her reaction. She looked like she was ready to cry, but she doesn' said" What an exciting day!But there is more excitement to come! It's time to pick our boy tribute!" She walks over to the other end of the stage and takes out the first name she could lay her hands on.

" Hirako Shinji."
