(First and foremost, I want to say that this is a reboot of an earlier and older story I wrote. I feel like I've improved as a writer and decided, ¿why not rewrite it and actually update it to completion this time? I would really appreciate reviews, all criticism is welcome! Also, none of these characters are mine! Enjoy!)
"Once upon a Time, not so very long ago...Johnny used to work on the docks..."
"Merida, turn the volume down!", Eleanor orders, shaking her head in disapproval," It's your first day of school, you need to take your picture for your identification—"
"Seriously mom, just say I.D", Merida whines, "Why do you always do this? I know what I have to do mother, God! Can you just , like, back off for a second!"
Taking a deep sigh, Eleanor parks in the drop off zone," I can't believe you decided to wear that... we live in 2018 not 1975. And your jeans look like they haven't been washed in weeks! You should at least care about your appearance slightly, I won't always be around to do everything for you—", her rant is interrupted by the car door slamming shut. Looking over to where her daughter had been seated, she frowns and scoffs lightly.
"Have a great first day", she mumbles, turning up the volume of the radio as she drives away listening to the beautiful voice of Jon Bon Jovi.
