Training In Progress: Open SYOC, a divergent trilogy fanfic

a/n: Hey guys, it's your girl, Bianca. I realize it's been awhie sijnce I used this intro, but whatever. I've decided to do a training the initiates story with a twist: you create the characters. Here's the form, please fill it out according to the rules.

Rules:

1: fill out the form correctly.

2: no super-powers. We are not in Marvel or DC, or Harry Potter. All super-powers will be ignored, and your character probably won't be used.

3. Only guests may submit via review. And believe me, I actually check before accepting any random reviewed character. Those with an account are required to submit characters via PM.
