After dinner Sara and Grissom arrived at the beach, and everyone from work was there and decked out to the nines for Sara's going away party. The sun was setting and Grissom walked up to a man beside the D.J. who Sara recognized as the pastor of the church that she and Grissom occasionally attended. After a while of Grissom talking to the pastor he waved Sara over between rows of chairs in which everyone had been sitting. Everyone except the pastor and Grissom, who were standing at the front of the aisle. Suddenly she realized why everyone was all ddressed up and why Gil had made her dress all fancy. Not only was she at her going away party, but she was at her own wedding!
She walked down the aisle while staring at Gil in total surprize, while he stared back with a look of deep passion. The next thing she heard was the pastor saying "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Sara couldn't even describe the way they'd kissed. It was like never before, there was a mix of passion, tenderness, love, dedication, and promise all in one kiss.
"Ladies and gentelmen, I present to you Mr. and Mrs. Grissom!"
After Sara and Grissom talked for a while with their friends and eachother, Gil went and had a word with the D.J.
"Ladies and gentelmen, this next song is dedicated to one of the most wonderful people here, Mrs. Sara Grissom." After that the song began. It was 'Go On by Jack Johnson' it was the song that her and her husband had spent many a night dancing to in the living room of their home. Sara just stood there for a moment, mezmorized by everything that had gone on that day when all of a sudden, bursting through her thoughts she felt a warm hand on her shoulder.
"May I have this dance?" Gil asked as he offered her his hand.
"Of course."
