AN. This novel is my very first piece of fanfic well, ever and it occurs in a world where Nora Allen doesn't die. Dr Wells is the real Wells - not Thawne - and Barry never lives with Joe. Iris simply doesn't appear, although Joe might (as a colleague, depending on how I feel)

Today was the day. Dr Harrison Wells had done it. And Barry was going to find out what that really meant.

Forensic science is how Barry became the man who saved central city, the flash. He was in his office, analysing some evidence, when BOOM, lightning pierces it's way through the ceiling, and placing him in a coma, the start of his newfound fate.

-I wanna hold em like they do in texas please. Fold em, let em, hit me raise it baby stay with me.Two faces hovered over him, a man (who looked, dressed and acted like a kid, but would soon be his best friend, saving him physically and emotionally.) however, his attention was drawn to his right, where he saw the most heavenly creature he'd ever seen, and couldn't help but stare. Caitlin couldn't help but notice, and in an attempt to hide the ever growing shade of red, she said the first doctoral thing to come to mind, which, unfortunately for her, was to ask him to pee in a cup. Oh the embarrassment. Cisco on the other hand was hysterical at what was going on, never really having seen her blush (even with Ronnie, her dead ex-husband.) And when she did, she asked that. But all too soon, the mood was deflated by Dr Wells.

Joking. The thing about fanfics are, do what you wanna do. Dr Wells is a fun outgoing person who can instantly tell the mood and know how to lighten it. He can tell what's going on, thus sends Barry off to see his parents whilse preparing Caitlin for his well known lessons in fine dating.

"SLUGGERRRRRRR" Henry shouted. He ran down the road, pulling him in for a hug, Nora not far behind. After they'd made sure the correct amount of greetings were given (which was alot) talk turned to what had happened before he got here.

"nothing much, but... I did meet Wells" he knew to stop there, for Wells had been a massive role model for him, even as a child, but he still remembered the beautiful girl he met "a guy called Cisco and a girl called Caitlin". At her name, his goofy little smile he didn't think could get any bigger, doubled in size. As if he'd found an angel in a crowd of mortals.

Obviously his parents picked up on this, and soon a barrage of questions rained down from the skies that was their mouths. He headed for his apartment, but something strange happened on the way.

AN. Please leave comments on what you liked and how it could be improved. I do intend on doing a lot more, and would love to know how to make sure I only get better. Can't wait to carry on with the next one, andhope you can't wait to read it. Thx.
