The girl bucket list
Skye and Shelly where way two different people, but they had some things in common. Skye is the type of girl that will do anything to have fun. She loves to spend her parent's money all the time. Shelly on the other hand is really poor and she has to work two jobs and still graduate this year. Also her dad left her and her mom when she was only five years young. Shelly's grandma used to live with Shelly and her mom up until two years ago when she died of cancer.
Skye and Shelly used to be really good friends in pre-school but Skye's parents wanted her to go to a privet school which costs a lot. And Shelly's mom couldn't pay for the privet school so her and Skye could be together.
The girls haven't really seen each other that much here and there. But just like Shelly's grandmother Shelly was diagnosed with cancer, and Skye does too.
Skye rolled on the wheel chair into the room where Shelly had been laying down for days. Skye looked at Shelly and it took a few minutes and realized who it was. She thought and thought…then it came to her mind.
"It's SHELLY!!" Skye gasped.
"Hey girl hey" Shelly replied.
Shelly
had been writing down things to do before you…but on the top it
said bucket list, before you hit the bucket. Skye looked down on to
Shelly's list and asked "what is this"
"umm…it's a
bucket list…things to do before you hit the bucket." Shelly
replied.
"Wait what you have" Skye said.
"Cancer…I didn't seem to be able to take care of my tumor before it got cancerous." Shelly said.
"Oh I see. I have the same thing…in the same way…I just thought it was from my soccer tournament." Skye said sadly.
Skye got up from her wheel chair and got into the bed. She looked as if something was wrong. Skye sat up from her bed.
"I think we need to do something amazing. Something we are never forgets." Skye said amazed
"What are you thinking…anything you will forget?"
"Yeah lets go to Disney world like what we talked about when we where little and said we are going to go when we get old enough."
"I think we are old enough…18 years young! We can still do this!"
Both of the girls went to Disney world and had the time of their lives. They did everything they wanted. Skye and Shelly didn't care what other people thought they just did anything they put their heart to it. Also both of the girls where cured from cancer and lived their live to the fullest.
