Too much blood

I wrote this thinking about a picture of Sabi who's bleeding profusely and seems to be in a certain amount of pain on pixiv. It's called "流產" and there is nothing said about it and I cannot seem to make sense of it but it is nevertheless interesting. As far as I know, this poem is basically my overall thought on what is going on in the picture.

I'm in so much pain

That pain has sent me falling to the ground
It's spreading all through me
And, I can't make it stop

Strangely, I feel wet

Blood!

It's a lot of blood and
Why is there so much it?
There is just too much blood

Where is it all coming from?

I don't know but there is just too much

There is too much pain and too much blood
