Jou sighed, his lover, Seto was away on a business trip currently and won't be back for a few days. What was bad? It was valentines! And he had no one to spend it with. Mokuba had a date with Rebecca, Yuugi, Ryou and Malik had their yamis and Honda had Otogi. Anzu and Shizuka had each other. And poor Jou was left all alone.
Sighing and running a hand through his blond hair, he headed out, maybe there was something in the mail?
He got to the box outside and unlocked it. A red box was lying there. Jou blinked and raised an eyebrow.
"What's this?" He asked, more to himself actually. He was so curious that he didn't notice a figure quietly slipping into the large doors of the manor. The securities knew who it was. And Jou was in the dark.
Shrugging, Jou opened up the package, and gasped. It was gourmet chocolate. Lots and lots of them, there was a note on it.
"Happy Valentines, puppy.
Your master,
Seto"
"Tch, bastard isn't even here!" Jou muttered, but a small smile crept up onto his face. The smile slowly turned into a grin, he took the package and went back.
Opening the doors of his and his koi's bedroom. He gasped when he was pulled into an embrace. The familiar cinnamon scent was there. Jou knew immediately who it was.
"Seto?" Jou muttered, Seto smiled slightly and captured his puppy's lips. Jou gave a goofy grin as they pulled away.
"Weren't you supposed to be like, on the other side of the Earth?" Jou asked incredulously. Seto smirked "yeah, I wanted to come, but hesitated. Mazaki and your sister called and gave me a bitching. And it was just the push I needed."
Jou felt guilty, "what about your business trip?"
Seto chuckled, "I have someone else to take care of it. So I get to spend time with you today." Jou smiled and hugged his koi. "Thanks Seto."
Seto smiled, "No problem, puppy."
