We all read how Giroro left with his dad in the space pod. Everyone, including Garuro, thought he left without a word. Although many knew he was thinking about Natsumi. What they didn't know was that he was actually thinking about something he was going to write to her. He never did, he didn't have the courage. Now it was too late; even he knew that. All he could do now was say in his head what he was going to write.

Never was it my intention to,

Always have you by my side,

That was something I didn't expect,

Since that day we have grown closer,

Understand I can't live without you,

Making me worry must be your specialty,

It all turns out in the end,

I never thought

Lying to you would be hard,

Once we're together,

Victory will always be ours,

Especially if I can see your smiling face,

You won't have to worry about me,

Only worry about yourself,

Understand that I can't live without you,

Giroro was never a man of poetry, but he tried. He put his heart and soul into making this. Hoping she was smart enough to catch the secret message. Looking out of the space pod he only saw stars. All his life he had no regrets, but now he had one: never writing that poem.

Natsumi was taking this hard as well. No matter what she thought of, it was always relevant of him. She couldn't take her mind off of him. So she did something, she thought she would never do in that time of need: she wrote a poem. A poem out of what she was feeling, a feeling she wasn't sure of. She slowly reached for the pencil and piece of paper on her desk, tears streaming down her face. She slowly wrote how she felt.

Going away didn't make me fell any safer,

It only made me feel empty,

Remember all the times we fought together?

Or all the times we laughed together?

Remember when we first met?

Or when you went soaring out that window,

I never new you would leave me,

Maybe this is all a dream,

I hope I will wake up,

Smelling the sweet potatoes you make,

Slowly waking up knowing you'd be there,

Yesterday was a walk in the park compared to this,

Only the memories make me smile,

Understand that I miss you,

Looking back on what she wrote, she smiled. Over and over she read it, but something wasn't right. Natsumi crumpled up the piece of paper, knowing what her feelings were, and tossed it in the trash. Never speaking of it, there was one thing she wanted to tell him that was on that paper. Natsumi never realized she had written that until after she read it.
