Korra finally killed off Amon he had put up a hell of a fight but she was able to him and the world was safe again...but she was badly hurt during the fight, Blood dripped from Korra tan body ached in pain she held her sides letting groaning out in pain a pair slender arms gently wrapped themselves around the avatar. Asami kissed Korra's forehead softly tears formed in the brunette's eyes she stroked the tan skinned girls back slowly "Please...Korra keep your eyes open Tenzin will be here soon with help" she whispered in the girls ear softly.
Korra tried hard from closing her eyes she reached up and placed a hand upon Asami's cheek she gave her a weak smile her eyes slightly getting burly "I love you Asami...and always will , You and I both know they aren't going to make fast enough..." she whispered and coughed a little.
She knew she wasn't going to make , Korra wasn't afraid to die she got everything she had wished for , she got the girl of her dreams. And that was enough for her.
Asami felt tears run down her cheek the pain in her heart felt so surreal to her she couldn't believe what was happening, She rested her forehead against Korra's "I love you to Korra ...forever and always..." her voice cracked slightly. She stroked the avatar's cheek with her finger tips before leaning down and kisses Korra's lips. Asami wanted to remember what it felt like kissing the tan skinned girl.
Korra smiled weakly and kissed her back softly a tear slid down her cheek she pulled back and looked into Asami eyes one more time before...she closed her eyes and everything went black.
Asami watched as the woman she loved body became cold she just held her close and cried harder"No...Korra" she whispered she couldn't believe she had lost the love of her life.
