Jade is in the bathroom cleaning her face of blood, from when Beck hit her

Beck:(standing at the bedroom door) Jade, open the fucking, don't you think we should talk?!

Jade:(going around the room getting clothes) No, I don't.

Beck: Why not.

Jade:(shouting) Because, this isn't the first time you put your hands on me, I told you Beck if you hit me again that I was leaving.

Jade is done getting her suite case together and slides It under the bed then walks over to open the bedroom door

Beck: See now was that so hard?

Jade: Actually yes it was, Beck I don't know if I can continue doing this.

Beck: So what are going to do leave, bye but trust me you you'll be back.

Jade: See that's where you're wrong, we won't be back.

Beck: What are you talking about we?, My daughter, ohh hell no.

Jade: Beck, She's already gone.

Beck:(moving closer to Jade) What do you mean?

Jade:(tensing up) Last week when you were gone, I went and filed for custody and since you're and ex felon the court basically granted me custody, so I sent Cat to my mom.
