Disclaimer:Okay, so this was made as I saw a picture of Sealand and Latvia standing on a peer in a pic. I wanted to make a fasnfic for it, thus this was born. I don't necissarily like it but I think its adorable i dont own Hetalia, just a strong love for it enjoy!
Peter and Raivis sat together on the floor in Peter's small bedroom, talking about multiple things but nothing particularly interesting. Raivis had decided he missed his micro-nation friend and would like to visit him that day, and that's how he wound up here. Peter was overjoyed with the visit for he missed the other as well.
Peter had gotten bored of small talk easily, being the hyper-active 12 year-old he was, and asked Raivis to go outside with him. Raivis automatically agreed, not wanting to be stuck inside all of his visit.
Peter skipped beside Raivis with a lolipop in his mouth, and Raivis had to admit the sight was adorable. He had always admired Peter for being outgoing and sure of himself, as opposed to his shy personality.
"Where are we going?"he asked as they were nearing the end of the little industrial nation that was Sealand.
Peter just laughed and stood at the railing to the edge of the peer, motioning for Raivis to stand with him. The sight of the ocean was very beautiful and made Raivis want to stay there forever.
The dark blue water was still, and soft white clouds rolled along in the never-ending sky. The sea smelled wonderful, and the slight breeze wafted the wonderful scent around easily.
"Wow, this is beautiful,"Raivis told his friend, realizing why the young boy enjoyed it here so much.
"I know, I really love it here. I just with everyone would recognize it as a country,"he said this last sentence with a slight pout on his pink lips.
Raivis immediately felt sad for the small boy because he knew how badly it hurt him. He hugged him tightly, telling him that he believed Sealand was a country. Honestly, he didn't have an opinion on the matter, he just wanted his friend to be happy.
As he pulled away from the hug, his hand brushed Peter's hip, making the boy laugh a little. This gave Raivis a better idea to cheer him up.
He began tickling Peter, making the red sucker fall out of hiss mouth as they went on the ground. They laughed as Raivis tickled him and let out small giggles that were rather high-pitched.
When Peter's sides hurt too much and Raivis's hands were cramping from moving them in the same way constantly, Peter fell into the other boys' arms, smilling contentedly and blushing slightly.
They sat that way for what felt like forever, and as the sun set, Raivis kissed Peter's forhead, wanting nothing more than to stay there with the other boy.
