The lost youkai

"HHHHAAKKAII!" the once quiet mountain's echoed with the sound of the dark haired youkai's voice. "Come on Hakkai, the game is over, come out now".
"Ch" the monk said as he looked behind a tree "probably wants us to pay for that little trick we did in the jeep"
"Yeah, but that's not like him" Gojyo said from behind a rock.
"Probably can't hear us" suggested Goku.
"Told you playing Hide-and-Seek was a bad idea, that we should just walk the rest of the way, but no you just had to play this stupid game" Sanzo shook his blond head in frustration.
"Hey, you wanted to play to and you know it".
"For once I have to agree with monkey boy there, you did want a break after that last youkai attack."
Whack! Whack!
"What the hell was that for?" asked Gojyo as he held his head in pain.
"You were getting on my nerves. Now shut up and look for Hakkai."
-------------------- 1 hour later -------------------
"Hakkai, get your youkai ass over here before I crucify it"
"Calm down Sanzo, this just means more food for us"
"I am going to kill all of you."
The sun was gong down behind the mountain range when Gojyo call over to the fighting mock and monkey king.
"Hey guys, come here"
"What? Did you find him?"
"If you did he better run"
"Yeah, I found him, look" Gojyo pointed to a little river running down in little waterfalls to the flat lands below.
"What is he doing?" Goku asked as he peaked over a rock.
"It looks like he's reading" said the monk.
Gojyo jumped over the rock they was hiding behind and walked up behind the other youkai.
"What ya doing?" he asked with a smile planted on his face "we were looking for you and Sanzo wants to kill you".
"Oh, sounds nice" was he had to say in reply.
"Why are you reading? We were playing a game remember?"
"Oh yeah, sorry I for got" Hakkai looked up from his book with his usual smiling face "sorry, is the game over? It's getting kinda dark".
"Yeah it's over; we've been looking for you to tell you that it was time to move on."
"Hakkai, can't you read that when we get to the hotel?" asked the monk as he came up.
"Yes, but this is such a good part that I couldn't put it down".
"What's it about?" asked Goku.
"It's about four travelers out to save there kingdom"
"Wait a minuet-"started Sanzo but before he could get any further a jeep appeared and every one hopped in.
"I'll tell you guys latter" and with his usual smile off they drove.
