Flashback
"Courtney! Come to the pool with us, it's a sick party!" Geoff shouted tugging on my wrist. I sighed but went with him to the pool. The music was loud, and Total Drama crew everywhere. I nervously tugged on the sleeve of my shirt and watched people jump into the pool. Duncan and Gwen walked out of the changing booth. Together. They changed together. Gwens hair was messed up and Duncans face was really red.
I sighed upset and looked away. They got closer and Duncan just happened to make me want to punch him in the fucking face. "Damn Pasty, that's a nice boner you gave me from the blowjob." My eye twitched and my lips curved down. I looked at Gwen and she turned red and hid her face. Duncan looked at me. "Look, it's the bitch. Who invited her?"
Everyone started to laugh, and tears tried to escape my eyes. "You don't deserve to live. You tried to change me, and Gwen loves me for who I am. You be ashamed bitch." He said walking closer cracking his knuckes. I sucked in a breath. "Just because I was worried for you! I didn't want you to leave for juvie and not be able to have a shot at the million. I wanted what was best for you, and you never told me that you hated the changes. Just because you and Gwen look good together, doesn't mean you are perfect together." I yelled out, hot tears streaming down my face.
Duncans face turned red with anger and he punched me in the jaw, knocking me into the pool. I gasped for breath kicking and fighting my way to the surface. I saw blood mix in with the water before me. My jaw was acing in pain and I felt hands wrap around me. It was Duncan. He pushed me down further into the water and gave me one last punch. I felt someone pull me out of the water and I saw Scott.
Present
He teased and slapped me every day. For two years. I cant take the pain anymore. He threatened that he would hire a hit man to beat me half to death and rape me. I am done with this. I got up and walked to my balcony. I looked down over the balcony, and it was about 20 feet. Slowly I stood up onto the ledge and prepared myself. "These are my last words," I whispered taking it in, "The last thing until death. Goodbye and may peace wash over the world." I fell, and I gasped looking up at the sky, until my last breath.
I jolted up from my bed breathing heavily. "Oh my god." I whispered. I heard a groan and looked to my side. Duncan opened an eye and looked at me.
"Princess…" He said half asleep.
"I had a terrible dream…" I said putting a hand over my heart. I looked over to the crib. Baby Ariel was sleeping soundly. I looked at Duncan. He motioned me to lay down, and I did so.
"Its okay Princess, I gotcha, I always will." He said wrapping his warm arm around my waist and kissing my forehead. "I will always love you too." He mumbled. I snuggled into him
"I love you." I whispered.
