Amy Pond and Rose Tyler were walking in the yard and looking at the rain drops.

Rose Tyler looked up the sky, in deep thought of something. A rain drop fell on her face and brought her bakc to reality. She was enw at the school and wasn't aware of the classes and teachers in it.

-Amy where will we go now?-she asked as they entered the school.

- Hm, I don't know - said Amy.

They both looked at a dark haired man staying alone in the dark.

-Who is that?-Rose whispered in Amy's ear.

- He is a teacher, probably. - said Amy again. - Let's ask him for directions.

-Ok let's do that.-Rose nodded and let Amy take the lead.

- Okay. - Amy went next to the old black haired man - Excuse me, me - Amelia and my friend Rose are new here, can we ask you for directions? - She was nervious.

Rose smiled awkwardly at the tall man.

The old, tall man asked them with silky voice, which house are they.

We haven't been sorted. - Replied Amy.

Rose nodded.

This man was Severus Snape, teacher in Hogwarts, Slytherin's headmaster...

Amy looked at his face, she stared at him and poked Rose.

Rose explored him with her eyes, he looked very serious and didn't show other emotions.

Uhm... Can you show us where should we go? - Asked Amy.

Severus looked at her.

-Yes we're a little lost-Rose exlained.

Rose felt nervous

After one hour you would be sorted in your house, you can stay here. ; ) - Said Snape.

Rose looked at Amy, interested in how she would respond.

A young and tall man ran down the stairs. His hair was wet from the rain and raindrops were dripping down his face.

- OH! - said Amy, she was scared.

Rose looked at him with interest. He seemed odd.

- Ms. Crouch - said Snape sarcasticly - Where are you going?

-I..I...-he was about to answer and then noticied the two girls next to Snape. He look at both of them and smiled-I was heading for my...Classroom.

Rose blushed.

- Hello. ; ) - said Amy.

- W-wait, isn't that a fire? - screamed Amy?

The tall man jumped away from Snape's way, the fire was coming from where he ran from. Rose turned around quick after hearing about the fire, then turned back to the man and gave him an odd look.

She grabbed Amy's hand and whispered in her ear 'I have a bad feeling about this"

- Me too... - whispered Amy.

Snape said: Mr Crouch, you have to explain a lot.

-I didn't do anything sir, I swear!

Luckily, the fire was small.

- Are you sure? -asked Snape

-Absolutely-he smirked a little bit.

- Fine. - said Snape and turned his swag on. - Oh look, it's time for the sorting ceremony, come on, girls.

- Goodbyee. - said Amy to Barty Crouch.

Rose let go of Amy's hand with a little relief and followed Snape.

-Goodbye.-she muttered to Barty Crouch, who just smiled

- Amelia Pond - said the headmaster, she sat on the chair and waited the sorting hat to say something.

It only moved and screamed "Slytherin!"

Rose Tyler, she was called. She sat on the chair. The sorting hat was silent for a while.

-Slytherin!-it yelled. She didn't really expect this, but she slowsly moved away and sat next to Amy and smiled.

-At least they won't separate us.-she said to Amy.

Barty stood and watched both of the girls.

- Yeah... - said Amy.

Snape chuckled darkly.
