Annabeth sits on the dock, reading, not realizing that Percy is sneaking up behind her. He jumps forward, sending both of them tumbling over the dock. Percy forms a water bubble around them, keeping the two of them dry.
Annabeth hits him with her book. "You jerk! You made me lose my page!" She says. Percy pouts. "Sowwy." He says, making puppy dog eyes at him. Annabeth groans. "You're not four years old, Percy. But I forgive you." She says, pecking him on the lips.
Percy tries to kiss her again, but a rock bounces off the air bubble and interrupts them. Percy looks up at the person standing on the dock and grins. He makes the bubble shoot up, throwing the two of them on the beach.
The girl on the dock laughs. She's about 5'7 with black hair that's shaved on one side and dyed teal about halfway down. She's wearing a Green Day shirt with the sleeves cut off, along with black skinny jeans and black combat boots. Shark bites, an eyebrow bar and a silver septum ring all glint in the bright sun. Percy throws himself at her, hugging her tightly. "Jazzy!" He exclaims.
She laughs, wrapping an arm around him. "Heya Perce." She meets Annabeth's eye. "Ay, Annabeth. You alrigh'?" She asks, extending a hand for a handshake. Annabeth nods, quickly shaking her hand.
"Sorry to interrupt." Jazz says. "But there's gonna be a karaoke night tonight at the ampitheatre. Solace and I are hosting. You guys in?"
Percy answers for the both of them, grinning and saying 'yeah, totally!'
Jazz beams. "Great, tonight at the ampitheatre, eight o'clock!" She runs off, hearing Annabeth scold Percy in the background.
She swings by the Hermes cabin, peeking her head and nodding in approval. "Oi, Connor, Travis, these our judges?" She asks, gesturing to the people tied up on the floor. The brothers nod, and Jazz grins. "Rad. Keep up the good work, Get Auntie Aph's cabin to get them all prettied up."
She high fives all the Hermes kids, grinning to herself.
I promise this isn't going to be OC-centric, but Jazz is a pretty big character in this. Sorry
