So here is the first Chapter! I hope you all like it! I don't own twilight and I would like to credit Charisma's best friend's name to McSteamy Lovin. Please review! And Mika is pronounced like mee-ka.
(Charisma's POV)
So right this moment I am in the car with Mika. We are 18. Actually our birthdays are a week apart so this year our gift to ourselves was getting in our car we just bought and getting the hell out of
here. Here as in Miami, Florida.
That's where they live.
Our fathers, if that's what you call someone who beats you until your unconscious every night.
Yeah. That's one of the things we have in common.
Our fathers weren't even careful about it either. They gave us bruises in the visible places like our faces, arms, and legs and in Miami its shorts and a tank-top weather every day, so to cover those up,
we have to put a lot of cover up on.
Another thing we have in common. 10 years ago we both found birth certificates and found out we were lied to and that we have families in La Push. Our dads are best friends so they do everything
the same; the lies, the beating, etc.
We were both talking one day when we were eight and we realized that our moms didn't look like us, not at all. We decided to take a trip to my attic and then hers and we found this: instead of Gina
Daza, who I thought my mother to be, my real mom was Hazel Uley. And Mika, instead of Dara Connelly, who she thought to be her mother, her real mom is Brenna Levi.
So we never told our fathers, but we talked to our step-moms and they said that they weren't allowed to say anything that was before they were murdered, by our fathers.
Both of our dads started to beat us at age 7. But since then even at such a young age we started to save every penny we got so we could afford a nice car. We just finish the process of signing all the
papers and all that. And we went home got our bags and left. Our dads were at work so they wouldn't even know we left.
So here we are, on our way to what we hope we can call home.
