Bella and Edward are in high school. Edward has a troubled past , including drugs & he gives Bella a necklace his mother Elizabeth gave him. After a visit to his mother he rips the necklace off of bells neck and throws it . I dont remember much else. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Bella is a Doctor who falls in love with Edward but what they both don't know if that they are connected through Esme. The Cullens are raising emmets daughter Sophie since he has passed. I was just starting to read when I lost the story !
