Hello. I am not really a NaruHina fan and I don't even like NaruHina friendship type of fanfics, either. I just wanted to write something. It's very short. Also it's basically just a convo where Hinata has Naruto alone, but doesn't know how to talk to him. Making it very 'uncomfortable.'
For all those who knew Naruto Uzumaki, he was not a patient person. So finding himself standing in front of Hinata Hyuga, one of his comrades in arms, blocking his way through the gates that led out away from Konoha was just a little irritating. Tsunade or as Naruto called her, 'grandma' told him to deliver a series of documents to another village. With one more, low growl, he started to talk in his normal obnoxious vice. ''Hinata, would you mind getting out the way? I have a big mission to do and I need to be there on time.'' He yelled a bit too loudly for those around him.
Hinata blushed. Here he was, the affections of her dreams; Naruto Uzumaki. She begin to speak in her jittery voice that was so low and with incoherent words in between, you had a hard time hearing what she was saying, ''N-N.. Naruto-kun,'' Hinata mumbled to him.
Unfortunately for Naruto he did not hear her speak and looked at her with a confused facial expression, ''Speak louder Hinata. I don't have all day you know. I actually have things to do.'' Naruto decided to give Hinata a chance to speak.
Hinata in all her years of st- I mean watching Naruto secretly blushed immensely. She couldn't believe that she did not faint by now. It was a dream, come true. With nothing to say, she stood there, silently.
Naruto sighed. Of course this would happen. He was beginning to run out of time and with a frustration look on his face he pushed Hinata out the way. ''Sorry Hinata, but I must go now. Maybe when I get back we could talk over a bowl of ramen.'' Not waiting for her response, he left.
Hinata standing in the previous spot she was in before picked up on Naruto words and promptly fainted right there on the spot. If Naruto would have stayed just a bit longer maybe he would have helped her. Too bad she was in her own world of dreams.
