A New Balance
On the planet Tython there trained a 10-year old grey Jedi by the name of Theodosius or Theo for short. Theo is training to become a guardian of the Order on Tython. This order is the first precedented peaceful coexistence between Sith and Jedi. The teachings are based on the force not dark or light but the neutrality of the force to be able to not use the light side or only the dark side but to find equilibrium between the two opposites. Theo has already mastered Form 1, Shii-Cho, and has advanced greatly by becoming mostly disciplined with Force neutrality.
Theo's parents are hardened supporters of the Republic and hate the Empire with a passion. Theo has a strong ancestry of force users dating all the way back to the Old Republic. (Specific ancestors will be mentioned later on in the story)
One day when Theo was training in the Kaleth ruins a shadow came overhead and everyone began to run for their homes.
An announcement came over the planetary holovids, "The Empire has come!" was all that was said and had to be said.
Theo's parents, Brutus Carsan and Minerva Carsan were gathering weapons and all their ancestors heirlooms and brought them down to the secret vault in their home.
"Mom, Dad, did you hear the empire is here!" Theo said running into the house.
"Yes, son we heard now stay calm and relax, we are going to stay home and try to stay out of the way of the imperials when they land. Our leaders will protect us from harm." Brutus stated, trying to reassure Theo and himself.
A few hours later an announcement is made,"The Emperor has spared our planet from strict occupation as our leaders assured him that we are no threat to the empire and are only a peaceful planet with knowledge as the core of our living. An imperial academy will be built on planet and there will be an expectation that some not all but some will join and serve the empire. There has also been decided to have one family that has made it clear they are no friend of the Empire will therefore be made an example of in the hope of coming to an understanding that no rebellion or potential rebels will be tolerated and shall be dealt with accordingly. Now to other news…"Theo's father turned off the holocommunicator; Theo and his family just looked at each other and began to worry about which family are they talking about.
An hour later a full company of stormtroopers and an inquisitor came walking down the street, "Ah, Captain, this is the house of those rebels." the inquisitor stated looking at Theo's home. A second later the storm troopers broke the door down…
