Prologue
"No Lawliet-kun!" Allison screamed as Lawliet(also known as L) fell almost in slow motion right before her eyes just like all the times before. The chair flipped over with him and a young man with milk chocolate colored hair ran and caught him just barely before he hit the ground. She realized that she was running and barely getting anywhere. She tried so hard to move faster but she couldn't. When she finally got there Lawliet was slowly closing his beautiful gray eyes. She was powerless to stop his death yet again. "Get away from him!" Allison yelled at Light who was now smiling triumphantly over L. She tried to push him away from L's now dead body but her hands moved right through him. Then she realized that it was just a dream after all. "This means that I still have time to save him" she thought to herself as everything started to fade and she drifted back into black nothingness.
