Chapter 1 The Start of my journey
It was a beautiful morning in Velistone City in the Sinnoh region. The sun shone through the window in my bedroom. That red haired girl who is sleeping in the bed, yeah that's me. I felt a rubbing feeling against me I opened my eyes and it was my shiny delcatty. I gave her a little pet and I got up out of bed. I pulled up the drapes and saw a pretty sunrise over the mountains. Today I was going to the Unova region. I changed out of my PJs. I pick my outfit out. I wore a purple t-shirt and blue jeans. I went to pick up my hair brush and brushed my short red hair that was touching my shoulders until it looked straight the ends of it however had a natural curl on the end of it. I then put in down and I put my glasses on and then I put on a special necklace. It was a ying-yang necklace with sliver on the back; the chain that it was on was golden colored but a little wore. But the necklace is very special to me. I'll explain all that later. I haven't introduced myself yet.
My name is Susan. I'm 18 years old. I live in Sinnoh and I'm a Pokémon trainer. I've been to other regions before many times but this would be my first time going to Unova. I went downstairs and my delcatty followed me. I headed out the back door to see some of my Pokémon outside eating their food. I have a lot of Pokémon way too many to name. One of them was a Lucario who was sitting next to a Togekiss. You see those two are actually a couple, I think they go very well together. I told my Pokémon I was going to be leaving on another journey, sure enough Lucario really wanted to come along for it so he said goodbye to Togekiss and went over to me. After I bid my Pokémon farewell I picked up my two pokeballs for Lucario and Delcatty, my pink cameo backpack which had all I need for the journey and my ferry ticket to get to Unova. I said goodbye to my family and my dad drove me to the docks. When we arrived I kissed him goodbye and headed for my ferry. I gave the ticket master my ticket, after he checked it I went onboard. Soon the ferry departed from the docks and off it went.
I walked out to one of the decks and I found a place to sit, I let Lucario and Delcatty out of their pokeballs so they could enjoy the trip as well. But after about 15 mins I started to get bored. So I took out my drawing notebook and a box of color pencils and opened it to an unfinished drawing of a Tepig only half of it was colored so I went to finish it. When I did finish I saw that my delcatty wasn't near me. "Susan? Susan?" I called. Yeah the funny thing is I nicknamed my shiny delcatty after me. "Lucario, where is Delcatty at?" I asked. Lucario just shrugged his shoulders; he didn't know where she went. I began to worry. I thought she could be in serious trouble so I looked around the deck but I didn't see her. "Ok, ok, relax Susan, relax." I said to myself. I then turned to Lucario. "Lucario, help me find Delcatty ok? If you do see her, bring her back to our cabin ok?" Lucario nodded. We split in different directions. I sure hoped no thief took my precious delcatty. She means a lot to me.
