Author's Note- So this is my first song fic! It's based on Brown Eyes by Lady Gaga, and it tells the story of how 2 lovers were parted by one letter. And before you shoot me, I know I changed some of the he's and she's around. I just wanted to make it like he was singing it to her!

"I know I've hurt you. That's why I have to go."
Then turn the record on, and wonder what went wrong.
What went wrong?

I guess it's just a silly song about you,
And how I lost you, and your brown eyes.
"I don't expect you to forgive me, only to hear me out.
I know now that I messed up. Every time I tried to make you feel better, I just made things worse. And I am so sorry for that. I never wanted to make you cry. I just hope you realize that you deserve someone way better than me. But if you get one thing out of this letter, let it be this; I love you Rose. I will always love you."
