My Magic Food
This was my first Fan Fiction so sorry if it kind of sucks.
Gonna find me some food
It'll taste really good
Just need to find me some food
Finn sang one morning as he looked through his kitchen for breakfast. 'Guess there's nothing here to eat.' He thought when he finished looking through the kitchen. "Hey Finn what's for breakfast?" a voice called. Finn looked in the direction and saw Jake climbing down the ladder. "Uhh…" Finn had nothing to say. Finn was thinking hard. He didn't want to have to go around Ooo trying to find food. 'Think Finn think!' he told himself. Finn was about to announce that he had nothing when Jake smiled and yelled, "Oh my glob dude you got us a cupcake for breakfast?" Finn turned around only to see a cupcake on their table. "Uh, yeah, yep, totally found us that cupcake." Finn lied.
A minute later the cupcake was sliced in half and shared between the two. Jake shoved it in his mouth, eating the whole half in one bite. Finn was hesitating though; 'where the heck did that come from?' he thought 'Looks really good but…' Jake interrupted his thoughts by saying "Good thing that wasn't chocolate, huh Finn? Finn?" Finn didn't know but his face looked very nervous. "Yeah Jake! Of course!" Jake wasn't buying it and knew something was wrong. "Hey man was there something in that cupcake?" 'Dang it he's onto me!' Finns thoughts yelled.
"No way dude everything's cool"
"Come on Finn what's going on?"
"Nothing"
"Finn"
"Why won't you believe me?!"
"Cause your face, man you look like you can't breathe!"
Finn admitted defeat by sighing and said "I didn't really find that cupcake. You did. I don't know where it came from. I just told you I did so we would have food. Sorry, Jake" They were both quiet for a moment until Jake asked "So you think it was a magic cupcake?" Before Finn could answer, Jake made the dullest, blankest look anyone could ever make. "Jake? Jake? Come on man if your messing with me it's not cool." Sill nothing. "Dude stop!" Finn yelled as he slapped Jake. "Hey what was that ffffffff…? Finn… turn the lights off and close block up the windows." "Why?" Finn was feeling a little scared. "Bro, just do it. I'll help you."
A while later the room was pitch black. "So everything is closed and off right?" Jake asked. "Yep, just like you asked me to." "Finn, the cupcake gave me the power to see in the dark hold up some fingers!" Jake was super excited. "Ok… how many I got up?" Finn asked, raising two fingers. "Two!" Jake exclaimed. "Whoa! I'm gonna eat mine now!" Finn picked up his cupcake half, ate it in one bite, and in a few minutes, gained night vision like Jake. They were night vision buds for the rest of their lives.
Yay!
