Disclaimer: Yu-Gi-Oh! is not mine. The song Flat on the Floor is not mine.

A/N: Okay. I know absolutely zippo about the stock market. So sue me. I did this from what little knowledge I have and the lyrics. Kay? Enjoy.

Not like I need to depend upon anyone

Since I can see the lack of need for me to be here at all

"So, remind me, why am I here?" The steely blue-eyed CEO absent-mindedly drew circles on the huge table in front of him.

"Well, you see, Mr. Kaiba," The employee started. He was one of the newbies, and full of himself, too, "This particular stock was drawing my attention... and.. erm.."

"So, you thought it was necessary to drag ME into here?" Seto locked the worker in one of his steely glares.

"One more" anthem for the know-it-all

I won't be standing up for long

I'd better learn how to crawl

In ten minutes I'll be laying out flat on the floor

"Well," he adjusted his glasses in a matter-of-fact way, "The stock is plummeting rather rapidly. I suggest you withdraw your investments."

"Nonsense!" Seto said, steepling his slim fingers calmly, "I have no doubt that THE stocks of our new corporation will increase."

Not like I need to defend my own innocence

So what, I did it, I admit it, and I'm pleading the fifth

"Are you saying we should invest MORE into our stock?"

"Yes, I am," Seto snapped, "Are you questioning my authority? Because, you know I could have you fired."

"One more" anthem for the know-it-all

I won't be standing up for long

I'd better learn how to crawl

In ten minutes I'll be laying out flat on the floor

"Alright, Mr. Kaiba, whatever you say. But, you ARE aware that if the stock drops-"

"I'll lose half of my investments." Seto finished, "Yes, I am aware. Thank you for your time."

Eight minutes, losing it a little bit

Rolling his sleeve up, Seto inspected his watch and got up. If he didn't leave now, he'd be late for another meeting. 'How bland,' he thought, 'another meeting. All it is is meeting after boring meeting.'

Before he left, he checked the stocks, they were dropping. 'Nothing for me to worry about.'

Five minutes, your description might be starting to fit

After, yet another, meeting, Seto checked the stocks again. He was becomming obsessed and frightened suddenly. He sighed with relief. The stock had risen some. This was a good thing.

Three to go and I'm forgetting all that I've ever known

Suddenly, before Seto's very eyes, the stock plummeted to the bottom of the charts. A whopping zero. Seto's jaw dropped. How could this be happening to him? Half of his money, gone. Like that. All because he had a big ego.
