A/N: Yes this is insane and I'm not sure why I wrote this but I suddenly got the urge to do it. Please forgive me. I never write comedy. I'm not sure if this is going to raise me up or if it's going to be my downfall. We shall see.
Chapter one – Marius and Cosette.
And you thought that they had never met before the garden sequence?
Cosette startled as the elevator suddenly came to a hold. She giggled nervously at the guy opposite her who seemed to be too busy with… other things. He was staring at her. Cosette frowned when she discovered that he wasn't looking at her face, but rather, at her firm breasts. Once he noticed that she'd noticed, he blushed and quickly continued to stare at the cardboard wall of the elevator. Quite an amusing thing to look at, I'm sure. Cosette shook her head because of all this foolishness. How silly of her to get trapped with this young man whom she had only seen a couple of times in the Jardin du Luxembourg. She knew that his name was Marius, she had heard one of his student friends call him that one day. He had caught her attention from the first day they'd "met" but he had not laid eyes on her until she had looked in the mirror one day and had declared herself 'beautiful'. He had fallen for her from that day onwards. And now here they were, stuck in this tiny elevator which by now, was getting terribly hot. She saw Marius remove some sweat from his forehead. Once he discovered that she was still looking at him, he turned his back to her, realized that that wasn't a very proper thing to do, and turned around to face her again. He grinned like mad.
What a moron, Cosette thought. She rolled her eyes.
"Look, you can just calm down. I am not going to bite you."
Yet again, maybe I will…
"I'm sorry," he finally responded. "Please forgive me for my rudeness. I am-"
"Marius. Je sais."
Now it was Marius who lifted his eyebrows. Cosette closed in on him.
"I am called Cosette. Well, actually I'm called Euphrasie but you'll probably like Cosette better because it's easier to pronounce."
She drew in even closer. In a split second, passion and seduction passed between the two young adolescents. Cosette grabbed Marius' vest, he grabbed her hip with one hand and a strand of hair with the other and they engaged in a kiss filled with lust. Suddenly the elevator began to move again, making them bounce up and down. Cosette shrieked. As they began to move up again, they both straightened themselves. They turned back into their old selves, being shy and nervous around one another. It had seemed as if some kind of toxic smoke had caused them to behave irrationally…
