Disclaimer: None of it is mine, not even the plot, as it is inspired by the
end of 'The mask of Zorro' and another fic I read...
Author's note: Okay, inspired by (see above), I couldn't help but write it. I haven't posted a fic on her for ages, and I was starting to feel a bit guilty. There is a good reason though. My computer needed to be wiped.. Completely. And I hadn't backed up all my works in progress. I have to start chapter 4 of All Or Nothing all over again, and the next part of Best Friend as well. And this must be one of the longest a/n's I've ever written but I have to keep writing because I can't think of a title.. How about...

" 'And that is the story, of the boy with the scar..' " His father smiled as he closed the book, and placed it on his son's bedside table. The title 'Harry Potter' leapt out from the cover at him.
"Dad?" whined the eight-year-old boy, rubbing his eyes sleepily.
"Yes?"
"What happened after that?" His father tilted his head to the side.
"What do you mean 'what happened'?"
"I mean, what happened to Harry after he defeated Voldemort? Did he rescue Ginny? What about Ron and Hermione? Were they okay? Did he get back to Hogwarts?"
"I should imagine so." His dad smiled at him. "Where else would he want to go? After all, every hero needs a castle to return to."
"Well, what about after that?" his son interrupted. "What did he do after Hogwarts? Did he marry Ginny? Did he have any children? What are they called?"
His father ruffled his son's jet-black hair, and stood up. "I guess he became an auror. Fighting dark wizards! Saving the world.." His dad put on a short dramatic display of dodging and diving, then stood up and shrugged his shoulders. "You know, fairly usual stuff for him."
"Is that so?"
Father and son turned around to be greeted by the mother, who was standing in the doorway with her arms crossed, arching an eyebrow at them.
"Well he is Harry Potter." Said the dad, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "He can do anything, isn't that right, James?" Their son nodded his head, ferociously.
"Well I'm sure Harry Potter would manage to put his son to sleep quietly, rather than jumping around so loud I thought the ceiling would fall down." She smirked at her husband who quickly tucked his son into bed, and maneuvered her out of the bedroom into the hall. He shut the door quietly, and wrapped his arms around his wife. Her long, red hair stretched to her waist, and as he pulled her towards him, he softly began to stroke it.
"Well, what do you think the Great Harry Potter did?" she asked, caressing the nape of his neck, as she looked through a pair of black rimmed glasses, into his emerald green eyes.
"I think he married the love of his life, and lived happily ever after." Their lips met with the lightest of kisses, and suddenly he swept his wife into his arms and carried her down the stairs into their own bedroom. She giggled slightly, as he placed her down on the bed and lay down next to her.
"Well Mr. Potter, ever after is a very long time." She said as he picked up the wand by the side of the bed, and muttered a quick spell.
"Yes Ginny, that is entirely the point." Harry replied, before kissing her again...
And that is where we shall leave off...
