Read and Review please. Getting reviews is the one thing that helps me get through the day without my brain imploding from stress. Don't you want to save my poor, pathetic little brain?

Yuko had a way of bringing up a subject she wanted to discuss without you even realizing she was doing it. So it was no wonder that Watanuki had no idea how they'd gotten to talking about his social life. But whether he knew or not, it upset him.

Yuko was just so infuriating at times.

"I'm not making fun of you, Watanuki. I think it's great that you have two very good friends." Yuko was saying, but that silly drunk grin on her face didn't make her seem very serious about it.

"You just have to include Doumeki in your counting, don't you? How many times do I have to say that guy is not my friend? I feel like a broken record!" He would have ended the conversation right there, had Yuko not said what she said next.

"So what is so different about your relationship with Doumeki-Kun, that he can't be considered a friend? What's the difference between Himawari-Chan and Doumeki-Kun?" She was watching him curiously for his reaction.

Ignore her. Ignore her. Ignore her. Ignore....

"The big difference is that I love Himawari-Chan and I HATE Doumeki." Watanuki stated matter of factly. "The two feelings are completly opposite."

Idiot, his inner voice seemed to say. You should know by now to ignore her when she acts like this. You'll only encourage her.

Yuko didn't seem quite as drunk as she had before. Perhaps she had never really been drunk to begin with. It was hard to tell. But she seemed quite serious now.

"Watanuki, hate is not the opposite of love." She stated.

Watanuki frowned. "Yuko, that doesn't make any sense at all. I think maybe you need to lay off the sake or something."

"It's true, Watanuki. The real opposite of love is indifference. If you truely didn't care about Doumeki-Kun would you waste the time to hate him?"

That caused him to pause. Because as much as he didn't want it to, it actualy made sense. He didn't like where this was going and that devious smile that had worked it's way onto Yuko's face gave him a chill.

Now he remembered why discussing his social life with Yuko was a bad idea.
