Gibbs was driving, trying to clear his head of all thoughts. Herer lately it had seemed they were turning to his beautiful, gothic lab-tech, Abby Scuito, and that's not something he wanted to be thinking about.

Anything with Abby would be bad, he had decided. Against all of his rules, against NCIS regs and rules. Against everything.

More importantly, or so it had seemingly become to him, they had to great of a friendship just for him to go and mess it up. He couldn't lose her as a friend, period, and he wasn't about to take that chance, he loved her to much for that.

He wanted to tell her. Had for a long time. Everyone knew Abby was the favorite and no one had a problem with that. The kisses, the birthday dinner and gifts, the flowers after a really difficult breakthrough on a case; he tried to tell her everyday. Not in words though, never in words. But he said it, nonetheless.

Same Time Across Town

Abby Scuito was driving around in circle, music blaring loudly so she couldn't think. She was trying not to think about it and found that no matter how hard she fought it, her thoughts always went back to her sexy, silver-haired boss, Jethro Gibbs.

It was a bad idea, she knew that. but she still couldn't help herself when the smile crept over her face at the mere thought him touching her.

Sometimes, the kisses and hugs they shared had an electricity to them. It was moments like that that Abby wanted nothing more than to feel his lips on hers.

She knew he lover her. he said so every day, in his own way that was uniquely Gibbs. And she tried to show him that she loved him too. Whether is be by a hug or simply just by talking to him, she knew he knew.

One of these days, she will get what she wants. Abby's a very patient person, and she knows that one day it will come together. One day, the words will be said and not just implied. One day; just not today.

Together having the same thought

Their thoughts and minds were almost blank, only one twirling in their brains. They want each other. The need, lust, and hunger after each other. They both can no longer deny it, they are each other's only concern. Until they can talk, they must both become totally in control of what they feel. They have to or else it will consume them from the inside out. They will no longer be apart, no longer alone and bitter.

Until then, though, they are completely devoid of thought, melting alone…..together. For always together, no matter what.
