Rated T for description of slightly suggestive feelings. Ever so slight spoilers for Season 9.
Pairing: Missy x Clara.
A/N: This is a short Missy/Clara vignette set during the episode of Series Nine The Witch's Familiar. Just what I imagined Clara could have felt with my perverted fangirl imagination. Hope you enjoy!
"Wheeeee!"
Missy had pushed Clara right up against the sticky wall of the sewer. The noise of the explosion combined with the squeal of the time lady hurt Claras ears and enhanced the sensory overload of the ordeal.
As if the proximity and the danger wasn't enough Clara found herself feeling a strange tingle all through her body at the contact. It shivered through her recklessly and if it hadn't been for the shock of the situation she doubted that she'd ever normally let herself register such an illicit response.
She noticed that her scent was unusual, alien but intoxicating and she could feel the steady rhythm of Missys heartbeats. They were a drastic contrast to her own racing pulse. Clara liked these sensations, a part of her found them deliciously thrilling and to her horror and dismay she secretly craved for more of the lunatics touch after she had let her go.
Clara remembered that as a little girl someone had once told her that playing with fire was dangerous and usually resulted in getting burned. She thought about Missys eyes and she had to admit at least in her mind that they were beautiful, but they were cold as ice and burned more intensely than any fire could.
The sensible thing to do would be to resist the temptation, push the brief irrational feelings away and force herself back to her senses. And then she realised that none of that would do her any good because she had no actual choice in this game. She was stuck here with her, fire was playing with her and getting burned was inevitable.
