Prologue: Welcome
A large circular cage was in the middle of a huge room, almost a cave. The walls were rocky and spiked. The only light allowed was centered on the cage and dim. Taunting whispers came from the black. A wild crowd was allowed in the cave.
The crowd was impossible. It was filled with animals who almost seemed riotous. Blue fog invigorated the mind and gifted uncontrollable strength; although it still allowed control, dangerous control. A large wolf was struggling in his bondage in the cage, a spiked iron muzzle and leather belts bonding his legs and feet. He was shot with several blue pellets.
The whispers were due to the crowd eagerly awaiting a sign. They wanted some action. They started jeering and snarling. A large figure appeared in the cage. The wolf went absolutely mad, it gave a hideous growl and started violently thrashing against it's straps. Back and forth the mad wolf pushed itself towards the figure. The belts broke and the wolf sprinted with a limp towards the figure.
As the wolf approached quickly the figure took a muscled black arm and grabbed a hammer at its waist. The crazed wolf didn't stand a chance as the figure took his blunt weapon and smashed the wolf's arm as it swung at the figure. The wolf retreated, but only for a second as the crowd started howling and yelling with all their might. He lunged and was grabbed effortlessly at the muzzle as the figure simply swung him toward the ground so he looked up toward the stalactites on the ceiling. The figure brought his hammer toward the wolf's head as he curled up in pain with broken limbs.
His head was crushed as the iron muzzle simply imbedded itself into the wolf's brain.
The figure rose as a bright light showed his ripped silhouette, He brought a microphone toward his lips. A gruff intimidating voice spoke softly into the mic as what was heard through the speakers reverberated through the cave "Welcome all animals… welcome all crazies..." Suddenly his volume increased as pyrotechnics flammed and he shouted "TO THE AREEENAA!" The crowd went tremendously insane as flames and water filled the room!
Note: This was short, but it was also a prologue for my story. Now I'm curious to know if you guys would prefer shorter more constant updates or would you enjoy a long weekly update?
Give me advice, tell me what you think. Know that with shorter updates I won't spend much time thinking them over, but mostly just writing. Review please.
