She stepped from his shower her head had long cleared

The hot drenching water in the home of her deared

Her dear and beloved she loved him so much

But during the week their hands shan't to touch

For residing above them, her "boss-man" you see

Had many a rule that forbade them to be

Together they were together at last

Their secret it was, unlike the past

In past times the boss was not boss of he

For then not working at NCIS was McGee

The rules set down then did not apply

For he wasn't a coworker and wasn't under the eye

The eye of the "boss-man" was good and was bad

But for their relationship it was indeed quite sad

In the past it was the end of their love

Because of a rule aforesaid above

This rule in number was of fourteen

A lower of numbers out of fifty

But that did not matter as much anymore

For they were in love and to secrecy they swore

On weekends they were as together as can be

They gossiped about work and of Tony and Zee

So as she dried her hair and stepped into the room

She looked at the clock it was almost noon

He was still asleep his hair all a mess

She picked up her clothes and began to get dressed

She applied make-up as he awoke with a snore

He rolled off the bed and onto the floor

She finished her make-up as the doorbell rang

He sat up on the floor, "I'll get it", she sang

As she looked through the peephole she spied a distress

It was their friend Tony, this would cause a mess

As she yelled to McGee, he said "Open it up"

There plan was foiled, the gig had been up

She opened the door to Tony's surprise

For Tony had expected to find McGee inside

He greeted her as warmly as anyone would be

He then asked the whereabouts of the young probie

She said "in his bedroom" as McGee sat up

As Tony walked in, McGee stood up

"You've got some 'splainin' to do" quoted Tony

McGee wrapped in a robe, as vulnerable as could be

Abby leaned in the doorway, observing the scene

Maybe this could be fun. Once they settled things...
