Keisly's POV
September 3, 2010
Have you ever had a boyfriend or husband, and felt that something was wrong? Well I do, I wake up every single day at 5:00 a.m. to go to school. But when I wake up and turn to where he should be, he isn't there. His classes usually don't start until 8:00. It wasn't until I received that phone call that I decided to search further in. And found out the horrifying truth.
----------- 1 Year Before,
May 21, 2009.
'Mom! Mom! Mom! Oh my God, please! OPEN THE DOOR,' I yelled at the top of my lungs.
The clinking sounds of lots of chains and locks being undone sounded out from the other side of the door. I rolled my eyes, my mother always liked being 'safe'.
'Jesus, Keisly! Whats wrong? Are you okay? Is Tom okay? Are you hurt? Are you pregnant,' my mother said, bombarding me with questions.
'To answer your last question mom, No, i am NOT pregnant. Jeez,' I answered walking into the all to familiar living room.
It has always been the same. Creme colored walls surrounded the circle shaped room. With light cinnamon colored curtains to cover the bended windows, the couches were sand brown leather, and the carpet was a dark bloody red. I sat down on my favorite armchair, the one with the soft fuzzy material that covered it. I turned to my mother and watched as she lit a cinnamon candle. You see my mother is obsessed with cinnamon. One look at our living room, kitchen, and her room and you can purely see that.
'Well whats up then? You're not pregnant, and you look fine!'
I smiled and tried to relax, I wasn't sure what her reaction was going to be. I pat the seat next to me and told her to sit down.
Once she did I grabbed her hand, and opened my mouth to tell her.
'Mom...Tom asked me to marry him.'
She didn't say anything, I wondered if it was a bad idea to tell her, I touched her hand, 'Mom?'
Suddenly as if that one touch triggered something, she jumped up and hugged me. She screeched like no tomorrow, and I couldn't breathe.
'Mom! Calm down! I havent said yes yet.'
She looked at me, and pulled away from me, 'Why?'
'I wanted your consent. You know?'
'Oh gee, Keisly, you know you don't need my consent on anything! Your old enough to come up with your own decisions, and plus, I love Tom. He's an amazing guy. I know you'll be happy together,' she said smiling.
'And me being 17 doesn't bother you?'
She waved her hand, 'No! By the time I was 15 I was already pregnant and engaged. Pffft, this doesn't bother me at all.'
'How do i know you're not being sar-'
She grabbed me from the shoulders and looked at me dead in the eye, 'Go out there, and say yes. A guy like that doesn't come very often. Now go.'
I smiled and hugged her, 'Thanks mom.'
I grabbed my keys and walked to the door of my car. Well that went smoother than i thought it would be. I didn't know she would be fine with that. Of course i knew that she had me when she was 15. But still...wouldn't you think she would say no because she wanted me to live differently? But whatever, my mom always managed to surprise people.
I waved at her and mouthed 'bye' and picked up my cell as i backed out of the drive way. I punched in 2 and pressed enter. The caller immediatley picked up.
'Keisly?'
'Hello Tom Kaulitz-Trumper,' i said smiling.
'Who's this?'
I chuckled, 'Don't you know who I am? I'm Mrs. Kaulitz-Trumper!'
There was silence at the other end of the phone. I sighed mentally, what a blonde. Takes him a while to figure it out. Suddenly, there was a big whooping sound on the other end.
'You accept?!'
'Yes, Tom. I accept.'
