A poem relating a bit to Road...
A Child?
I look and seem like a child,
I have dreams and wishes like a child has,
I act and think like a child does
I am a child
.
Or rather...
I am almost considered one
But then they suddenly take it back,
saying...
.
I'm not how a child should be
I'm not aged like a child should be
I have thoughts a child must not have
I do things a child must not do
.
I am no child, they say
I can't be a child, they claim
Yet why? Why?
What is needed to be considered a child?
.
What is considered a child?
I'm not the only one like this, so why?
People often judge by looks then suddenly take it back. Thoughts are really confusing. What is indeed considered a child?
When someone who is older acts like a child, he or she is only considered to be like a child yet he or she isn't one.
And in Road's case, she looks like a child and acts like one yet she isn't a child.
I'm not really sure what got into my mind. I just felt like writing this.
