Summary: This is just a random and short fiction that is not to be taken seriously. What if Kitty from X-Men 3 was wished into the Labyrinth?
Legal mumbo jumbo: I do not own anything to do with X-Men or the Labyrinth.
"This shouldn't be too hard," Kitty Pryde thought aloud as she gazed down at the maze before her.
She felt a warm breath against her ear. "It's harder than it looks." Kitty quickly turned to find herself face to face with the Goblin King's chest. She took a step back and narrowed her gaze.
"Ever hear of a little thing called 'personal space'?" she asked sarcastically.
He ignored the question and dramatically motioned to the clock. "You have thirteen hours to complete this maze or you will be stuck here forever."
She managed to blink once before he disappeared entirely. Kitty shook her head and faced the maze. The castle was directly in front of her. As long as she ran straight, she would be there in a matter of seconds.
Kitty rolled her eyes and began jogging down the hill. She mentally turned her power on and ran through the first wall. Everything around her was a blur as she raced by. She glanced up to see how far she had come. She didn't want to run straight through the castle.
Jareth appeared in the throne room and lazed across the massive throne. He summoned a crystal to check the girl's progress. He smugly chuckled. She was probably still wandering outside of the gates trying to figure out how to get in.
He lazily gazed into the crystal. Surprised, Jareth sat up straight. In the crystal the girl was standing in his throne room. He looked up to find her no more than three feet away from him.
"Now what?" she panted.
Jareth stared at her speechless. "How did you…" he trailed off.
"Get through the maze?" she finished his question for him. Jareth nodded. She shrugged nonchalantly. "I'm a mutant. I just ran through the walls."
