Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter or Hermione or Harry or Gryffindor Tower or- Let's stop there, okay? I don't own anything at all, so please don't sue me. I'm just a fan!

This is my last story to publish today, unless I do more later. I don't know. Of course, I will write more later, but that'll be in bed from about 11:45 to 2am, so it'll be a while, and it won't be published until tomorrow morning, anyway.

Please review, and here's my story:

Hermione Granger climbed through the portrait hole to Gryffindor Tower and slumped into one of the armchairs by the fire. She felt as if she could almost fall asleep, she was so tired. Though there were only 24 hours in a day, her days were about 30 hours. It was exhausting.

"Tired from class?" Harry asked, sitting down next to her. He looked tired, too. He did have Quidditch, too, and Oliver was really obsessed with winning the cup right now.

"Yeah," she said. "Really tired. And I've still got my homework." She sighed, standing up.

"Do you have to do it all now?" Harry asked, getting up, too. "We have 2 1/2 hours before dinner."

Hermione gasped and started jerking her books out of her bag. "It's that late already? I've got hours of homework!"

Slamming her Ancient Runes book down on the table, she began to read very fast, turning a page about every twenty seconds. "This has to be finished by tomorrow!" she wailed, allowing the book to slip from her hands. "And I've got to rewrite that Potions essay, Snape said it was too long!"

Harry glanced at the work she was doing. "I don't suppose it would do any good to ask you how you're getting to your classes?"

Hermione gave a jerk of her head. "No, it wouldn't."

Harry shrugged. "Okay. Do you think maybe you're working too hard? You look really tired. You're always doing homework. You need a break."

Hermione shook her head wildly. "I have to do this or I won't finish it, and then I'll lose my perfect score and I'll get in trouble and-"

"Hermione!" Harry interrupted her, taking her arm and pulling her out of the chair. "You need to rest. It'll be okay."

"No, I have to-"

Harry shook his head. "No, just be quiet."

Hermione burst into tears, though they seemed to be more from hysterical exhaustion then anything else. "Harry, I have to finish-"

"I won't let you," Harry said defiantly, sliding his arm around her and pulling her onto the couch by the fire with him.

She started to say something, but her head fell onto his shoulder, and she was asleep.

Did you like it? I hope so. Okay, you probably know I hope so, because I say so in every A/N. But it's just the truth, and everybody needs at least a little routine in their life. So if it bothers you, I apologize. However, maybe not the kind of apology that says I won't do it again. Very rarely are those apologies truthful, anyway.

So, please review! That's all I'm really trying to get across anyway. It makes me happy :)

Linley :)
