"A Combat! Christmas Dream"

By

Éclaireur

T'was the night before Christmas,

And all through my tiny house
My Chihuahua's were stirring,

I think they were after a mouse.

I was dressed in my night-clothes,

I sleep alone so their not to sexy
But tonight for some reason,

I felt a bit flexi.

So I put on the shear one.

Who knows, I might mingle
With one of Santa's elves,

I at least hope he's single.

When out in my trailer park,

There arouse such a clatter
I sorely got out of the bed,

To see what was the matter.

I ran (not even) to the window,

More like a crawl then a dash

Opened the curtains,

And threw up the sash.

When what in front of my eyes should appear,

But a rather large man,

Not my son Joey,

But Santa, oh dear.

He asks to come in,

And of course I said yes

What else would one say?

After all, he is a guest.

So in he walked,

But I soon realized,

He was not alone.

And right before my very eyes,

I saw Doc and Littlejohn,

Billy and Lieutenant Hanley.

Oh my goodness,

There's Sergeant Saunders's

He looks so damn manly.

Then I saw Kirby,

And by him stood Mac.

But I could not see the Cajun,

He was no were in the pack.

I turned toward Santa,

And gave him a look.

I knew he understood me,

And his head he shook.

He then stood aside,

And behind him I saw,

The most perfect beard,

On the most handsomest jaw.

My heart skipped a beat,

As I saw the twinkle in his eyes,

And from my very lips,

I couldn't hide the sighs.

He said "Bonjour Donna, I'm here just for you.

I understand you've wished to meet me.

So here with Santa I flew.

"You do know your dreaming,

And by morning I'll be gone.

But for this special evening,

To you, I belong.

Donna
