Tweek couldn't breathe. He felt like he was suffocating as he hacked and gagged, clawing at his throat. Something was squeezing his lungs and restricting his airway. Tears slid down his cheeks as he tried to breathe.
"He doesn't love you."
The words echoed in his head as he laid on his bed, suffocating. He whimpered finally vomiting up a large flower into his hands as he tried to take in a deep breath. The vines were still wrapped tightly around his lungs and he took short ragged breaths. " I'm finally gonna ask her out." That voice and those words made Tweek's heart crack. He felt it pound in his chest as he watched his best friend and boy of his dreams walk up to that girl. He watched through tears as he watched them talk and she giggled at something he said. The last words Tweek heard before bolting to the bathroom were,
"I loved to."
He had hid in the bathroom for the rest of the day. He couldn't face Craig. Not when he could feel the pain around his lungs. He avoided Craig's worried look as he walked out the front door. He stopped mid-step to cough roughly into his hands. Once he saw the blue petals he bolted home. It's been a month since Craig first asked Wendy out. Tweek chose to avoid Craig as often as possible. He usually hung out with Clyde or Kenny. He just couldn't handle it. Every time he saw the happy couple together, he could feel the vines gets tighter.
He stared down at the beautiful bloodied blue rose in his hand. Tears slid down his face as blood drips down his chin. He knew he was going to die. He didn't want to die. He could feel flowers on the left side of his face, blooming and his left eye stung as flowers grew over it. He cried out as the vines around his lungs squeezed tightly, choking him. Memories of her in his face after she found the love note for Craig came to mind as he gripped his throat.
"What is this?"
She had asked, reading over the chicken scratch of a note she had seen laying on the floor. Tweek had panicked as he tried to pry it from her manicured grasp.
"Gah! It's n-nothing!"
She looked at him in disgust, making him flinch.
"Is this seriously for Craig?"
Tweek has looked away in shame and on the brink of tears. He heard the tearing of paper and he looked at her in horror as he watched as the note was ripped into pieces. He gripped his arm roughly as she glared at him.
"He doesn't love you. I'm surprised anyone loves a freak like you."
Tweek watched as she walked away, tears sliding down his cheeks. The pain had come back and he rushed home where he was now, laying in his bed slowly dying. His parents weren't home to check on him but it wouldn't have mattered. They wouldn't have checked on him anyway. He stared up at his ceiling feeling his lungs on the brink of bursting. He let out a weak sob.
He should've told Craig sooner than maybe he'd be able to breathe. But it was too late now. It was always to late. Craig would have never returned his feelings. All Tweek was to him was his friend. Nothing more. Nothing would change that. He loved Wendy. He was happy now.
"I-I'm…sorry, Cr...Craig…"
Tweek could feel his vision get fuzzy and dark as his eyes slid shut. At least he could die content. As long as Craig was happy with the love of his life then that's all the matter. Even if that person wasn't Tweek. Craig was happy. That's all that mattered to Tweek as his airway is cut off completely. The last thought on his mind as he suffocates is,
Craig.
(I know the end is kinda bad but I tried my best. I hope you enjoyed.)
