With all my Soul
His calloused hands hold my face with tenderness only he can show, his thumbs stroking back and forth on the soft skin of my jaw.
My human heart seems to beat against my chest, and I'm almost positive he can hear it. The steady beating, the rhythm of life…such a human thing, I love it.
He leans forward to burry his head in the crook of my neck, his nose skimming the soft skin, causing my skin to tingle pleasantly.
"I love you," His deep voice sends shivers down my spine, and his warm breath on my neck is fire.
"I love you too, with all my soul," I reply in a whisper my stomach flipping inside my body…was this normal?
He placed a warm kiss on the juncture between my neck and shoulder and my breath seemed to catch. My hands flew to his shoulders where they gripped at his shirt, because if I didn't hold on to something, I would surely melt into the ground.
His warm lips traveled up my neck, and I can feel one of his hands skimming around my face to tangle into my hair, cradling the back of my head. His mouth moved up, and he placed a chaste kiss at the corner of my mouth, his lips lingering so close to mine.
With abandon I grabbed his neck, feeling the soft hairs at the nape of his neck, pulling his lips to mine for the awaited kiss.
The lava that seemed to flow just for him, melted my insides, and if he hadn't moved his other arm to wrap around my waist, I would certainly be a puddle on the floor.
He pulled me even closer to him, our bodies warm, and our mouths even hotter as they moved against each others. He pulled away when my lungs were burning for air, his arm still secured around my waist, his indigo blue eyes searching mine. He grinned, his lips were so close to mine, and I longed to connect them once more.
He tugged a little on my hair, and I mock glared at him.
He laughed a rumbling sound that made the soft hairs on my arms stand up, and the flopping in my belly return ten fold. His neared mine once more, and I thought he was going to kiss me again; I closed my eyes in preparation.
Instead he leaned forward, his forehead against mine, and I opened my eyes to see his indigo orbs so close, boring into my very being…my soul.
"Forever Wanda?" his voice was soft, his hot breath puffs on my lips, and I ache for him.
The darkness of the abandoned tunnel surrounds us as I reply,
"Forever, Ian."
I kiss him again, and this time it's slow and sweet, the lava churning inside me with increasing passion.
My love, my human, my Ian.
