The First Time
They were lying on the bed, noses just centimetres from each other, never looking away. Small smiles graced their lips, still swollen after the passionate kisses they had shared.
It was times like these nothing else mattered. The war, the darkness of the world, none of that could penetrate their bubble of peace. This little haven the two of them had created.
Oliver's hand reached up to caress Percy's cheek, who could not help leaning into his touch. He reached up, their fingers entwining. He kissed the palm of Oliver's hand, smiling as he shivered beside him.
"I'm so happy," Percy whispered. "Being here with you next to me, it is so much better than I could have imagined. I wish we could stay here forever."
"Me too," Oliver said. "I didn't think I could be as happy as I am right now." He leaned over to press a gentle kiss to Percy's lips. "I have something I want to tell you. Something I've been wanting to tell you for some time, but I never had the courage to do it. Percy Weasley, I love you, and I will love you forever."
Percy could not believe what Oliver had just told him. Love and devotion coursed through him, making his heart beat faster, making him fall even more in love with the man lying next to him. "I love you too," he said, "I love you so much."
Oliver leaned over to kiss him again. Percy kissed him back instantly, deepening it. This was their night of peace, their night of love. From this night on, they knew nothing would ever tear them apart.
The end
