Hi, everyone! I don't think I'll be joining the countdown challenge thing, I'm awful when it comes to every day challenges, so I'm sitting this one out I think. I'll be lurking around as I normally do though.

Oh, I forgot. This is post episode four but before the portal shenanigans.

Jesskas by the way.

Jesse's sabatons clanged against the ground as he strolled through the grassy fields just outside town. It was yet another uneventful day as the leader of the new order. Although, he had helped a young woman fight a zombie in her low illuminated attic and helped a cat down from a tree, so at least that was something.

Now he was taking a walk, thinking about things important or not. It really didn't matter too much at the moment, he just wanted to relax a little without his fans all over him.

He heard footsteps racing behind him. He sighed, so much for relaxation. However when he turned around to meet whoever ran up to him, he didn't like who he saw. It was Aiden, the grouchy egomaniacal leader of the Oce- Blaze Rods himself.

"What do you want, Aiden?" Jesse said coolly, crossing his arms. He grown to dislike him even more than he already did when the bully threatened him and his friends for not giving him the enchanted flint and steel the other day.

Aiden shoved a book at him, it took a lot for Jesse not to fumble and drop said book but he managed.

"Read it and weep, loser!" He said with a sneer.

Jesse's eyes narrowed. He was about to remark that the only loser here was Aiden but what he gave him piqued his interest. Why did he give him a book and why did he want him to read it? Was it trapped? Was it possible to trap a book, even?

He shook his head and, despite the feeling he'll regret this later, opened the book to a random page.

Jesse stared at me his emerald green eyes wide open and beaming at me. "You really mean that?"

"Y-Yeah, I do. I've always felt that way about you, Jesse."

"Wow, I never would've thought," he said and then he blushed. "So...uh? Do- Do you wanna make out now or..."

I blushed too. "Sure."

I leaned towards Jesse and-

"NOOOOOOOOO!"

Jesse looked up from what he was reading to see Lukas dive at him trying to nab the book from his arms, only to land face first just at the brunet's feet. Aiden broke into laughter.

"Lukas...?" Jesse asked.

The blonde looked up at him, he showed him the book and pointed to the paragraph he just read.

"What is this?"

Lukas groaned. "...That's a dream I had recently."

Jesse blinked. Everything made sense now. This was Lukas' journal, that's why he was freaking out and why that jerk Aiden wanted him to read it. At first it seemed like shipping fiction from a crazy fan but now...

Jesse helped him up while asking softly, "Do you have a thing for me, Lukas?"

It took while for him to answer. "...Yes."

Jesse processed this information for a bit, though Lukas took the silence as rejection. The blonde snapped, yelling at his ex friend.

"Aiden, this is the cruelest thing you've ever done! My life is over-OMMF!?"

He was cut off by Jesse who grabbed him and softly pressed their lips together in kiss. Lukas' blue eyes shot open in surprise. He tensed at this sudden turn of events before melting into it, closing his eyes and kissing him back.

Jesse opened his eyes and saw Aiden staring at them in disbelief. The brunet gave him a mocking glare still kissing Lukas. Looks like your act of revenge back fired, didn't it? he thought.

Aiden fled away in anger while Jesse flipped him the bird on his way out.
